Wow, you are so amazing to complete all 10 days. Don't stop now, keep it moving. You learned that it is possible to move everyday for at least 30min, so apply this to your life. Make it important to you and it WILL happen. I'm sure you have noticed some changes along the way as well. It could be that you are more mindful of your time, your family, what your eating, or maybe you even lost a few pounds. I would love to hear your stories.
