This is Definitely a reality Check! I havent been to the doctor in a while...its difficult to eat healthy all the time, I know it can be done, just need some motivation :)

Consistency, availability, and affordability are really big challenges in eating healthy. Being educated on the choices we make, especially with food makes a big difference. One thing that really helped me was looking up things that I like to eat at fast food places and discovering that they had so many calories, fat, salt , sugar and/or preservatives and learning what all those things did to my body. Knowledge is very powerful for the willing mind. Go to the Doctor kid, but also research anything they say. Remember a Doctor does not have to study nutrition.
